In addition to businessman, speaker, visionary, coach, husband and father, Inspirational Leader is a title Ty Bello wears proudly.  Ty is a Registered Career Coach and the President of Team @Work. When you spend a day with Ty, you’ll see first-hand his unleashed creativity and boundless energy intensely focused on helping people.

With over 25 years of experience in HME and the medical industry, Ty is one of the industry’s leading coaches. Ty possesses exceptional communication skills and has a firm grasp of operational and marketing aspects of business. Ty has a demonstrated track record of negotiation and problem solving abilities. He caters to the highest executive levels across multiple industries and organizations and brings a unique perspective to every situation.

Before founding the HME Sales Community, Ty “carried the bag” as a professional representative making sales calls every day. He has also managed sales representatives, run his own small business, and mentored young professionals.

Ty received his BS in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and his RCC from the World Wide Association of Business Coaches.  Ty credits his success to his faith and support of his family and friends.

Kristen Bissontz, Director of Member Services

Kristen is the Director of Member Services for the HME Sales Community and a HME Sales Coach.  Kristen enjoys helping others achieve. With Kristen’s background in teaching and her experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has inspired students, sales professionals and managers alike to excel in their personal and professional lives.

She has had the privilege of leading several diverse teams as a District Sales Manager for a major pharmaceutical company. Prior to that, she had developed and trained hundreds of sales professionals, created instructional platforms, and fostered an environment of continued learning. Kristen also received many awards for her outstanding management skills and the sales growth in her territory.

Kristen graduated from Miami University with a teaching degree and has completed post-graduate work at Indiana University’s School of Business. She has spent the last 20 years wearing many different hats in her personal and professional life: teacher, leader, trainer, coach, manager, developmental specialist, communicator, volunteer, writer, actor, sales specialist, world traveler, wife and mother.
