Code of Conduct

  1. Maintain the highest ethical standards with referrals sources and the medical community, by advancing the best interests of the referral source and the HME provider for whom I work.
  2. Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality with all referral source(s) information. We will ensure that we adhere to all HIPPA regulations.
  3. Maintain a professional relationship with other HME Sales Representatives in my area. While we are in competition for business, I will treat them and their business with respect deserving of an HME Provider.
  4. Avoid all conduct that amounts to sexual, racial or other forms of discrimination; harassment or inappropriate relations with referrals sources and the medical community.
  5. Provide valuable information to all referral sources and the medical community in an effort to further educate them on HME providers and the products and services offered to care for patients transitioning to Homecare.
